Yes, I mean every word of this.

Another day, another oil spill, this one in Texas on top of the disaster in southern California. Not to worry, said Trudeau. Not to worry said Biden as we wait for another spill in British Columbia. Not to worry say the morons of Alberta. In fact, we have very little time to worry. Scientists tell us that we have nine years to mend our ways, nine years of gas guzzling in a world of oil. And we're not going to make it. Oil companies buy enough politicians to ensure that. They buy politicians of the Liberals, Conservatives, Democrats and Republicans. And if you vote for any of those parties, you're cutting your own throat. Those parties have always been the tools of big business.That is why the U.S, has been fighting wars for seventy years. (Of course,the U.S. also fights those wars because the other side is evil. Yes. And the U.S. is good. That's why the U.S. has had to fight over a hundred wars since 1949 - to defend itself I mean,against evil. Think about it. If the U.S.had not gone to war against Korea, if the thugs hired by George W. Bush not murdered priests, nuns and missionaries in Guatemala, those evil people might now be invading us. Just imagine the attack on Ontario by crazed nuns. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Now, think about the country that is the world leader in the vital work of developing electric car engines. This is vital to our future because the gas engines are killing us with the clouds of poison gas (carbon dioxide) from their engines. But we have done nothing because doing anything would annoy our poison gas rulers. In Canada only some two percent of our engines are powered by electricity. The U.S.is about the same. Indeed, only one country in the whole world relies almost entirely on electric car engines. That country is China. Indeed, China is the most progressive country in the world. When I was there "progressive" was not a word that would have occurred to me. This was a country shattered by years of rule by the British who were as savage a lot as it was possible to imagine. (Later, I learned that Hong Kong, ruled by the British, was as evil as China had been.) China cares for it's hungry and homeless. Canada and the U.S. don't. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ah, I knew it. I knew it when I was a kid. The big name in the opium trade in the 1930s and 40s was the man that most of the web admires today was Chiang kai Sheck. Funny how most of the sites don't mention that. Millions suffered and died to make fortunes for the drug mobsters in Asia. I remember as a kid seeing, somewhere, the pictures of men lying in the beds they would be on for many days, perhaps for life. Chiang Kai Shek, our hero, stuffed those men onto beds soaked in opium until they died. The heroes of the American and Canadian press to this day have been a vile drug pedlar and the whole international network of self destruction. In fact, Chiang continued his gangsterism even as he lived in Taiwan. But China has recovered-----and we criticize China for recovering. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I spent some time looking for information about the homeless in the U.S. and Canada. I couldn't find it. Apparently, there is no such official thing as giving the homeless a damn. China, on the other hand, has NO homelessness. All Chinese live in modern housing, whether they can pay for it or not. In that respect, China is far more caring for it's people than the U.S and Canada are. China - call it communist if that makes you happy - is a lot more caring for it's people than a Canada or a U.S.But don't worry. The U.S., perhaps with Canadian help, will slaughter billions of - men, women and children - with nuclear bombs. And the Canadian Legion will wet its pants. In all seriousness. China has become a country that is a model for the rest of the world. It's way ahead of us. And it's a hell of a lot better than our churches in holding Christian values. Shining Evil

It's nice to see evidence of our rulers taking time to invest for their declining years. The prime minister of Czechosolvakia, for example, used offshore companies to (secretly)buy a 13 million dollar French mansion. That saved him millions of dollars of taxation. The president of Ukraine used an offshore connection to do his dirty work in secretly getting and keeping secret properties for his own benefit. In Russia, Putin's inner circle has loaded up on secret purchases of property without being required to pay taxes on it - a practice that spared them many millions of dollars.The king of Jordan has hidden property (tax free). Tony Blair, prime minister of Britain, with the cooperation of his wife, bought property offshore and, secretly, saved 300,000 in taxes. Among the (illegal) buyers of such properties are 100 billionaires, 30 world leaders, and 300 officials. In the U.S. itself, the state of South Dakota is a leading tax haven. Around the world, the rich can actually use their governments to avoid paying taxes. But don't expect to hear that from your friendly local wealthy bastards. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In another story unlikely to appear in your friendly local newspaper ---- We learn that the CIA has long been running loose in Afghanistan. Now, the CIA usually has 2 functions - it murders people, but first, it tortures them. (The CIA and Hitler would have been great friends.) However, in Tabul, the CIA was caught in the great surrender of just over a month ago. So the CIA had to burn it's huge fleet of cars used to murder and to catch people for torture. The Taliban has found this scrap remainder, and has offered the western press to take pictures of the ranks of burnt cars and to show this in the world press. But don't waste your time waiting for our press to tell the tuth. The Taliban is cruel? Yes. But it isn't nearly so cruel as a murderous and torturing CIA. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ It was hardly a year ago that our boy Trudeau met American politicians at the American border to encourage them to continue transporting oil over the soil. He assured them it was perfectly safe and that he was doing it through BC. (rather an odd thing to say in a BC that was suffering damage and health from oil fires.) Well, I'm sure the Americans would have done it anway. And now they have really done it. A huge pipeline right on the California coast is now sending thousands of gallons of oil into the sea - and drifting it out on huge quantities. By coincidence, it has poisoned miles of water and killed an unknown number of sea creatures. And it will not be possible for humans along miles of that coast to go into that water for many months at least - and probably much longer. Thank you for your advice Mr. Trudeau. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Though most of us probably don't even think about it, both Canada and the U.S. have a dreadful record of abuse of our native peoples. That goes way back to the earliest days of contact between out ancestors and our native peoples. For centuries we have been cruel and abusive of them. George Washington was a cruel and arrogant man who, like most presidents, treated aboriginals like dirt.He, like most presidents, treated them like dirt. In fact, the latest American killing spree against aboriginals in the U.S. didn't happen until the 1920s. Canada, of course had it's mass murders of native peoples. And example of that (which has been going on for over a hundred years) was the mass murder of native children, some as young as 3, who were taken from their homes and put into locked-in schools where over a thousand died (killed by white priests and nuns) - and were buried in unmarked pits. And it went beyond that. Aboriginal peoples, men, women, children were shoved aside when it came to health care, jobs, security of any sort. But all this is due, I hope, to change. A senior judge has ruled that these people must be given the financial powers to break through our terrible treatment of them. The Canadian government has rejected the view of Canada's leading judges. But the judges are determined to press their case and, indeed, all the law is on the side of the judges. There proposal (49 forty thousand per person) may sound high. But it would simply raise native peoples to the level of others. Alas! Premier Trudeau happily gives billions to billionaires. But to nobody else. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Oh, the Catholic church is looking for credit for it's treatment of aboriginals in their schools. It claims credit for money spent in teaching aboriginal children. Well, yeah....sort of. That money, in fact,was spent to evangelize the children, to convert them to Christianity. Wow! Watch out for nuns at your door. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ You probably have not read the story of Julian Assange in your newspapers. As a young man in Australia he was a brilliant journalist, and the founder of Wikkileaks. He was a highly devout journalist. And that's why many (many, many) commercial journalists hated him as he covered stories in Europe. The many included papers like the New York Times and The Manchester Guardian.These people forced him into isolation and then into jail (though none had any legal charges against him. He's now been many years in solitary with no conviction and no trial.) Now, the U.S. wants him to spend the rest of his life in solitary confinement. There isn't going to be any trial in the U.S. After all, there are no charges. This is a man who has been treated illegally. And you can bet he will die in solitary confinement. Check your local paper. You won't find a word about Julian Assange. The newspapers of Canada and the U.S. are, as usual, liars. Well, there's at least a lesson. It is also suffering lack of food. I read an article saying that Canada should help Cuba. Oh? Bloody unlikely. The U.S.wouldn't lift a finger to help Cuba (just it won't help Haiti.) Cuba and Haiti are examples of U.S. brutality - and Canadians who want to help these countries will get spanked. An apology

I am sending this post early because A) my computer is a mess and I might be unable to get it fixed for several days. B) As well, I thought I was very sick, and was quite worried about my health. Luckily, I was today proven to be in good health - still homely and unsavoury - but alive. I was premature in my headline of the last blog. However, I do think the American empire is done for. The U.S. is deeply divided among - itself. Biden and Trump are almost tied in the polls with Trump slightly ahead. And, let's get real, neither of them has anything to offer. The U.S. (like many other countries) has failed, after 70 years of mass murder and brutality. It has especially carried out mass murder of children and civilians. (Along with Saudi Arabia, the U.S. is now forcing death by starvation on the whole population of Yemen.) The U.S. is seriously considering a nuclear war with China. Such a war would kill at least a billion people of all ages. And it has nothing to do with China being evil. And even if it did, the U.S. is far, far more evil. At the present pace, there is no possibility that our planet will survive this century. And there is no possibility that American Democrats and Republicans - or Canadian Liberals and Conservatives - will do anything to address these problems. The U.S. is now run solely by greed - led by the U.S. (and Canadian) property owners who are led by landlords who kick people out of their houses so the landlords can sell off their houses for inflated prices. Then,of course, the U.S. has something like 70 million living and dying in the streets so the super rich can plunder their own nation. (It would be an easy matter to give them shelter and food by taxing the super rich - but the democrats and GOP prefer to give most of their money to those super rich. The U.S. plunders all over the world. But the worst plundering in recent years has been a plundering of the poor to please the super rich. This also means a savage debasement of the poor. Tens of thousands of the children of the American poor will remain poor and badly educated - if educated at all. I have a sense of that because I was a child of poverty in the dirty thirties. We started school knowing we would never complete it. Rich kids would, of course. But we started dropping out as early as grade three. None of the kids I grew up with ever completed high school. When I was kicked out of school, my parents were pleased. Now I could live as I was supposed to - in poverty. The American and Canadian poor are still dumped by society while a Donald Trump, though not an intelligent man, can live in gross wealth - just like Canada's Irvings of New Brunswick. Forget the American empire. It's now dying because of the greed of it's leaders and it's capitalists, and their abuse of their own people - just like the greed of the British empire at the hands of the British aristocracy. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 16 million people in Yemen will soon die as their food runs out. Has Yemen threatened us at some time? No. Actually, the U.S.has, as well as murdering people, done a good deal of the destruction of agriculture in that country. It has done that to help out it's good friend Saudi Arabia. In particular, it has supplied the Saudis with weapons and has also done much of the destruction itself. A country that has always been poor is facing the greatest mass murder of our murderous world. (Earlier, American heroes specialized in killing the children. But it's now branched out.) No, don't waste your time looking through your home newspaper. The story ain't there. And sixteen million people are going to die of starvation. And how they were stolen from their homes and families. The Catholic bishops said they were sorry. But they have made it clear they wouldn't do anything. Glory Hallelujah. (Even with that measure, the Canadian government has said and done --- nothing.) It's been up to the indigenous people to discover the rest of the story. The number of the dead across Canada has now reached over 6,000. The Bishops are doing nothing. The Canadian government is doing nothing. I'm used to calling the Canadian governments bastards. But I never thought I would expand that to include our Catholic bishops. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In the same strain, we (Canadians) and the U.S. and Britain and others are supplying Israel with weapons to destroy Palestinans and steal their land. Yes, I know what Hitler did. But allowing the Israeli Jews to do the sort of Butchery and greed that Hitler does not seem to be the appropriate response. In fact, we resetelled Israel only to kick Jews out of our countries because we hated Jews. Alas, this was a terrible blow to European Jews for whom Israel was a distant and not very attractive place to go. So European Jews, knowing damn well what we Christians were doing to them, went there with no joy. And they pushed their anger onto the Arabs of Palestine. The idea that Jews lived forever in the region is nonsense. All of us humans have been moving around for many thousands of years. We have moved across much of the world But,alas! The Jews of Israel have lost any sense of what Judaism is. And it is now just a drooling thief and murderer. And we Christians are the ones who created that. We are, so far as I know, the only animals who plot and murder against each other. We are the only animals who have religion. And religions we simply make into excuses for brutality, thievery and murder. You don't think we're nasty? We are planning a nuclear war in China that could kill billions of people in China. And we're doing it for greed -to destroy China so our billionaires would be in a position to destroy us even more. The end of the American empire

I'm sorry to be late on this one. I suspect I'm closer to heaven or hell than I was just a few days ago. The latest U.S. polls show Trump slightly ahead of Biden in voter support. What can I say? There has been nothing wonderful about Biden. But the rise of Trump suggests there is also nothing wonderful about the American people. The U.S. (our nearest neighbour) has murdered uncounted millions all over the world. It claims the U.S. is fighting terrorism. In fact, since 1949 the US is the world's leading terrorist. In Afghanistan, guess the U.S. average days for air strikes. But don't waste your time checking for news reports because those news reports have NEVER appeared. The average has been some 46 airstrikes a day against a country with almost no air defences. And the victims of those air strikes? Mostly civilians - including children. We also know the U.S. operates torture camps all over the world and, yes, those kill people. There's one at Guantanamo, a fortress stolen over a hundred years ago from Cuba. Can you imagine the U.S. news media going crazy about world wide torture camps in, oh, just about any country? But, no, they have never said a word about them. The war in Afghanistan was monstrously expensive at something well over a trillion dollars, way beyond any reasonable cost. This is because war gave an excuse for massive spending by American war industries. And the greatest part of that money never got close to the war. It simply went to war industries owned by extremely wealthy Americans. When some Democrats advocated cutting back on wasteful war spending, other Democrats insisted on continuing this wasteful spending. And those warhappy Democrats got four times more donations from the weapons makers. In short, the U.S. was and still is awash in corruption. More recently, the U.S. has taken a tougher line with a nation it once destroyed - Haiti - (which it destroyed with Canadian help). The U.S. and Canada made it a crude and brutal dictatorship. Recently, Haitians suffered a savage earthquake - and the U.S (and Canada) wouldn't lift a finger. Over ten thousand fled their country from the horror it had become. They fled from the danger of even trying to survive in Haiti. But when they reached the U.S. border, they were met with guards on horses and swinging whips. President Biden said all this was terrible. But he wouldn't do a thing to help them. And now a glance at Canada. Conservative leader O'Toole, perhaps the dimmest political leader in Canadian history, criticizes China 31 times and Chinese in general 10 times in his election platform. In fact, his criticisms would be far more truthful if he had directed them at the U.S. Or he could have made a stronger criticism of Saudi Arabia and Israel for violence and murder (with weapons supplied to them by the U.S.). I have a lot of respect for Judaism (much more than I have for Christianity.) But Israel is violence against everything Judaism stands for. Sadly, Canada is a moral mess. The Roman Catholic Bishops have apologized to indigenous Canadians who were mutilated and killed in residential schools here in Canada. Many were as young as three when killed. 215 bodies have been found on the grounds of just one school. (No. These weren't even graves. They were pits to hide what the priests had done.) These were children stolen from their parents and never again permitted to see them. This happened all across Canada - so the real total is probably into the thousands. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And the priests and nuns did this to them with the happy consent of Canadian governments. They all knew about it. So the so the church has said it's sorry. Hey! How about doing something for the survivors of those schools? (I've known some of them and, oh, they are bitter.) How about the Canadian government do something more than Trudeau standing around with his face hanging out? And surely the RC clergy should do more than say "oops". (No. They won't say more. I know of no groups less Christian than our Protestants, Catholics and Jesus Jumpers - you know, Evangelicals.) _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Do you know of Julian Assange? He's an Australian journalist, and a very good one. His reporting and analysis were honest, well-informed - and perfectly legal. But oh, that's bad in our world. His most successful venture was Wikkileeks which was an outstanding news venture - honest and well informed. So, of course, he had to be killed. And that was planned by the CIA in cooperation with the American government. But they were too late. Assange had been moving his operations to Britain and (I think) Sweden. So he had to seek shelter. He did that for many very difficult years. Then Britain put him to live in isolation (never to leave) for some years in a government room. But the British government wanted to please it's American masters, so it put him in prison though he hadn't done anything wrong. There he has been in solitary ever since. And yes, all those years in isolation had a destructive effect on him as his body and his mind decayed. Eventually, the U.S. will get him, and in a mock trial it will kill him - for telling the truth with Wikkileeks. As it is, his mind is already in terrible shape. Could this happen to a Canadian journalist? No. There are no honest and intelligent journalists in any Canadian or American newspaper. Enjoy Canada's (and the US) papers. We've had nothing but stinkers from the earliest days of journalism. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ And the U.S.? The top 1% of the U.S. have taken up 50 trillion dollars for the last several decades. American workers were, once, paid well.American workers would be getting paycheques today twice as high as they really are if they had been allowed to keep pace. But they weren't. And the U.S. has made it worse with the 70 or so million unpaid and unsheltered people to live and die in the streets. (I'd love to get the Canadian figures - But Canadian governments and their puppet newspapers never discuss it.) What's obvious in the U.S. is that this is a nation that gives it's trillionaires whatever they want - and with virtually no taxes. Ordinary people, including children, millions of them, live in filth and hunger in the streets. We are back Two Thousand years ago to the streets of Rome where almost all of the people lived in hunger and filth, and whose bodies were simply dumped into a huge pit with thousands of other bodies. Canada's a little better off. But that won't last. This is the curse that our most ancient ancestors laid on us when they developed the concept - quite unnoticed, I think, - some people have a right to rule others. So far as I know, this is a concept found only in humans.And it worked in Ancient Rome where people of no particular brain power could become Caesars. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ And I have much more to say about all this. But I'll save it (and with a more Canadian slant) for my next blog.

As I watched the election results, I gave up hope. Where were Canadian brains? Just months ago, Trudeau was on the BC border, assuring American politicans and people that Canada would keep BC (and other provinces) open for American oil transportation. That's, among other things, a BC that is burning up with wild fires. Run oil pipelines through that? Oh, yeah. In fact, he said ALL provinces would always welcome U.S. oil. And remember,- quite apart from B.C. oil fields is a reminder that oil companies unleash poisonous gasses into the clouds that fall back and poison us. Alberta was in complete agreement this poisonous attack. The Liberal Party and the Conservatives cheered. Well, of course, the Liberals and Conservatives are both owned by the very rich. That's why the Liberals and Conservatives get huge payments at election time. In that respect, they are both models of the horribly corrupt American political system. And, like the Americans, our Liberals and Conservatives are corrupt and, in their circles, corrupting. So the Liberals and Conservatives have opened Canadians to poisons and death. But, what the hell, it's not the first time. And the 'good' part is we are enriching those people who don't give a damn whether we live or die. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Look,the Liberals and Conservatives in Canada do not represent political parties. Both the Liberal and Conservative parties represent only the power and wealth of those extremely wealthy people who pay all the bills for those two 'Parties'. And they give the money for the politicians to spend. And it's the same in almost all of the "free" world. The Liberals and Conservatives are the servants of the very wealthy. And they don't give a damn about you and me. It has always been that way with you and me since the founding of our "democracy". The U.S. is even worse with it's 'democracy'. That's why it's been easy for the U.S. since 1944 to murder people all over the world. That's why Americans die because they can't afford thousands of dollars for medical bills. (It was once like that in Canada, too. But a real political party of left-wingers (CCF) opened free hospitalization to all Canadians. And we still benefit from what the CCF did back about 1969. In Canada, even the poorest get medical care. American billionaires prefer to murder their poor and sick. However, I'm quite sure that Canada's billionaires who own the Liberals and Conservatives will someday soon kill the poor just like Americans do.) ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ We have millions of Canadians who are voting us down to hell. I remember talking (listening) to a woman in my senior's residence who was adamant on voting for the Conservatives. Now, that's dumb by any standard I can think of. The leader of the Conservatives, in addition to his corruption, is a moron. (Which is a state slightly higher for Trudeau.) And that takes us to bigger problem. As we grow in population, our leadership has grown more destructive and irresponsible. We humans are the only animals, so far as I know, to steal leadership in the pack. And that leadership has always been destructive, brutal and savage - (Rome, the whole history of Europe, the nonstop wars of our time, the cruelty of the British Empire, of the American Empire, the horror that is soon to drop in China....). It's quite possibly a trait we have no control over. And, given the pace of war and killing we insist on, we will not survive this century. Perhaps that's something our churches could control- though, alas, it's significant that our churches have always come down on our side even when our side has been murderously wrong. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ And now I'll take a break to think about all the above.

The real world.

For something like 150 years, Canadians have been fighting other people's wars. Recently,(since 1949) Canadians have been fighting American wars. (The worst bout was 12 years killing Afghans to make Americans happy. The war really had nothing to do with Canada. That sort of thing is why I am often critical of the Canadian Legion for it's eagerness to send Canadian wars that have nothing to do with us.) Anyway, this really began back in the 1890s. At that time, the British were busy killing South Africans so that the British wealthy could steal South African gold mines. This was a war that had nothing to do with Canadians - this was pure and simple murder on the British side. The only reason Canadians came under British pressure to join in the war only to set up Canadians for a bigger war that had nothing to do with them. In the 1890s, Britain was rather like the Americans of our time. It's capitalists were a world power due to Britain's development of industrial growth. (Mind you, the average Englishman got nothing out of this British capitalists were bleeding their own people into their own unspeakably cheap, even starvation, salaries.In this, it was very much like the U.S. capitalists of our time - and very much like Canadian capitalists today. Check out New Brunswick for an example. But others were copying British big business to develop their own economies.That was desperately true of Germany. And the British capitalists were not amused. That is why the British asked for Canadian troops in the South African war. It was a setup for a British war against Germany to destroy it's industrial growth. And it worked. Canadians got all excited and felt honoured. And they died in dreadful numbers. But British billionaires were pleased. They had dragged in much of the empire to murder Germans for them. British billionaires went a step further at the end of the war. In the peace treaty after the war everybody had agreed that no country was responsible for the war. But the British broke that agreement and sent British troops into Germany. Their purpose was to destroy Germany so it would never again compete with British capitalists. German money became worthless. All of Germany was drawn into a savage poverty. Drawn into this was a German war veteran, Adolph Hitler. But he was still a nobody, just fresh out of jail, and with no following. But that would change soon. After a couple of years, Hitler would take advantage of the German mood. Crowds began to listen to him, and the WWI private speedily rose to be the fuehrer. The finishing touch was his steering hatred toward the Jews. By the early 1920s, Hitler was the master of Germany. None of all that needed to happen. It was British capitalists and their greed (along with a hatred of all Jews) that made the rise of Hitler possible. And that hatred was not limited to Naziis. Almost every country in the world hated Jews. (That includes Canada and Britain and the U.S.) That's why Jews coudn't escape before the war - or, for some time, after the war. That's why Jews were given their own country of Israel - to get rid of them. It might have been possible for the allies to save some of the Jews in the death camps. We didn't know about them, but our leaders did. And they didn't give a damn. That was one reason why Americans didn't care about the Jews. They didn't care about Hitler, either. What they cared about was China. China had been a horribly plundered country by the British; now it was under attack by Japan. The U.S. didn't give a damn about the people of China - except that it wanted it to be plundered by American capitalists as it had been plundered by British capitalists. That's why the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbour - to cripple U.S. billionaires in their desire to plunder China. Japan wanted to plunder China. The U.S. didn't enter World War 2 in the west until a little later. It was not because Britain was suffering. It was because American capitalists saw the chance to plunder British conquests, especially in Africa. That still goes on today with former British conquests such as middle east oil fields. At the end of WW2, U.S. capitalists had stolen most of Britain conquests - Helped by the people of India who had been robbed blind by the British. When the war ended, I was in grade six in our classrooms with British flags. But those days were gone forever. And it soon was that we had a Canadian flag. Alas! we were (and are still) a colony, but not a colony that fights wars for our British ancestors. No. We're American puppets now. (We, and our Canadian Legion, now fight and murder for American capitalist in .) That's why Canadians killed in Korea in 1949. We did even more for our capitalists who really rubbed the asses of Canadian and American billionaires with our twelve years of our failed war in Afghanistan. Canadians, as a whole, were dumb enough to hail what we did in that. We praised the dead for dying. Hell....there's nothing courageous about dying. We sent them to kiss American asses. And the Canadian Legion got all proud - because we were throwing our dead to make Canadian and American billionaires happy. Canada is now a partner with Canadian and American billionaires - in locations all over the world - Eastern Europe on the Russia border, Syria, and other places American and Canadian billionaires like to send them. Don't kid yourself. The Canadian Legion approves the sending of troops to please billionaires. There is nothing good about that. And don't expect any information from your newspapers. Our newspapers are, and always have been, liars. So is our TV. I was on radio and tv every day for thirty years. I always tried to tell the truth - but there were times it was cut. Too late. This was probably our last chance. The election may well have been our last chance. And we blew it. Our elections have been fake from the start with the appearance of news media in the late 19th century. From the start, the owners of newspapers used their papers to lie. One of the pioneers of news lying was an American publisher called Kane. (There's an excellent movie about him and his lying. The movie is Citizen Kane.) Our newspapers, all of them, have always lied. Yes. Every damn one.The same is true of most radio and TV stations. So it was that it was impossible for Canadians to vote with any intelligence at all in the recent election. and, oh, we are going to pay one hell of a price for that. Worse - it is very likely that we are not going to reach 2200 at all. The same is true in the U.S. Maybe even worse there. Any money that should get to the people goes straight into the pockets of the super rich. That's why the super rich in Canada and the U.S. have piles of money while millions starve. The U.S. is especially bad in this. But Canadian billionaires are catching up. Think. How can a nation as big and powerful as the U.S.have so many people on the streets and soon to die? Our world is in for collapse to meet the greed of the super rich. We've really fallen back to the world of a thousand or so years ago. And while millions starve, the American super rich spend government money to create expensive jobs to murder millions of people all over the world. (The war on China is almost certainly the biggest war in history providing juicy contracts for American killers. And I'm quite sure Canada will join the greatest slaughter ever, mostly of quite innocent people. - the Canadian legion will lead the way.) And then we will go on to do even worse. I really don't think we are going to end this century. I think it - and we - will all be over long before that. Oh, and New Brunswick?
